I have decided to start staying on top of how well my blog is doing. I have installed a copy of Shaun Inman’s Mint on my website (you can find it at http://statistics.jessicasideways.com/ ) and so far, it looks like I need to do some serious promotion for the blog. Because so far, I had 0 visits on my website today (I set it up so it wouldn’t count my hits on Mint). True, there are some really nice people linking to me now (thanks to the author at Completely Inappropriate, the linky is much appreciated!) and I am starting to get better and better at writing a blog more frequently, with the problem of having no computer (I am still sad to see my MacBook Pro go). And I believe that this is going to help me get along better in my transition. Of course, there are all sorts of idiosyncrasies that I have to deal with along the way in going through transition, but I am glad to know that more people are starting to give a damn about what I have to say.
