Deleting Comments in the Queue
Today, I was met with some comments in my comment queue which were of a hateful nature. While I do choose to ignore such ignorant remarks, I think this is the perfect time to reflect on what comments I absolutely will delete. I believe that it’s important to know why I do delete some comments and why I elect to moderate comments at all. It all breaks down to the following reasons:
I elect to moderating comments because of the fact that there is some information which is sensitive to me and that I’d prefer not leaking out to the public. Please be aware that I am aware that this information can be found elsewhere on the Internet, and I am certain that this information will pop up as I move along in my career. All the same, though, I am not going to help people humiliate me. I am certain that this list will be amended as time goes on. And other than that, all is fair in love and blogging.
