Well, I am volunteering at Denver Pridefest on both the 21st and the 22nd of this month. I am also going to be marching in the pride parade with my fellow UUs from the Mountain Desert District. So yeah, next weekend is pretty full for me, as I will probably be operating some sort of booth and policing the area to ensure that no one is selling anything at the Pridefest without having paid the GLBT Centre first. Tomorrow is my volunteer orientation so that is what I am doing after I get through with Pathways to Membership at First Unitarian Denver tomorrow. Continue reading ‘Pridefest, yay!’

Howdy everyone! This is Jessica again, writing the blog that probably no one ever reads. ^_^ Anyway, this post is going to be quick - I just wanted to tell you all that I have a new boyfriend! For his sake, I am not going to say who he is but I am going to tell you that it was so magical last night and I believe that he is very well the closest thing that I will ever have to a connection. It all started so suddenly, because we met over at a LGBT event and one thing left to another. While we walked into my hotel room as friends, we are walking out tonight as a couple. And I find that really magical.
