The Adventures of Jessica Sideways

When I was checking out my feed reader today, I learned that a 9-year-old transgendered girl is coming out as who she really is, with the help of school administration. When I first started reading this post, I thought “wow, maybe just maybe the world is becoming easier for people to transition in”. But then, I started to read through the post and I found the part and parcel bigotry and hate that comes from the small-minded parents of children going to the same elementary school.
